WHERE AND WHEN CAN I PURCHASE THE INSURANCE?
The insurance can only be purchased within 72 hours before you departure date via the ED-Card form available on www.edcardaruba.aw. If you already completed the ED-Card form, you should receive an automated email within the 72-hour window asking you to click on a link that takes you back to the ED-Card form where you must answer some health related question and pay for the insurance. 

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for the insurance using a credit card or a debit card with the Visa or MasterCard logo on it. Residents of the Netherlands can use iDEAL to pay for the insurance. 

WHAT WILL APPEAR ON MY STATEMENT?
After you've made the purchase you will see a payment made to Koral Systems under the title KS* ARUBA-INSURANCE-01 (previously KORALINSURE* ARUBA-001). The last digits indicate the transaction number.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund can only be given if you made a duplicate payment or if it can be proven you did not arrive in Aruba.

STRIPE
All payments made for the Aruba Visitors Insurance are paid to Koral Systems via the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API. By using the Stripe Check Out you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service.

You expressly understand and agree that Koral Systems shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through Your use of the Service. You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. You agree that Koral Systems not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between You and any other party, including Stripe.

TRANSACTION SECURITY

All transaction information passed between Koral Systems and Stripe's systems is encrypted using 256-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to Stripe's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
